How do I begin the process of obtaining a visa to Australia?
The first step is to complete the Assessment Form and return to us.
You will be sent, within 72 hours, a brief statement regarding the
viability of your application for an Australian visa. Further details
will be available on payment of a small fee.
What if I don't know how to answer a question on the Assessment form?
Ideally, you should fill in the relevant questions to the best of your knowledge. However, if you don't know how to answer a question on the Assessment form you can contact us by phone or by e-mail and we will guide you through the process. Click here to view our contact details.
Please note: The more detailed your application, the more accurately we are able to assess your likely success in receiving a visa.
How long does it take to process my application?
The time it takes to process an application is dependant upon the complexity of the case. As each individual's situation is different, it is therefore impossible to give a time frame as to when an application for a visa or for permanent residency will be finalised.
Although it is important to note, that there are many factors which can impede the progress of an application. These factors include:
- incomplete information
- failure to disclose relevant and important information
However at Australian Migration and Business Consultants we will work diligently with you to help you in gaining the best outcome.
What do I do if I need to contact you urgently?
For urgent matters you can contact me on +61 425 724 626.
If the matter is less urgent you can contact us by e-mail on babar@australianmigration.com.au
For other means of contacting us please click here.
What are your fees?
Our fees are based on the amount of work required
to get your application to the stage of being assessed by the Australian
Immigration Department.
It is difficult to give estimates of the fees involved in finalising
an application, as no two cases are the same. Once we have assessed
your situation we will send you a schedule of our service fees.
Payment?
Because of security concerns we will only accept payment via a bank draft or telegraphic transfer. You will receive information regarding our payment methods and fee structure after we have assessed your application.
Protecting my privacy?
At Australian Migration and Business Consultants, we take seriously the issue of privacy. That is why we give you the option of emailing, faxing or posting your particulars to us.
We will not under any circumstance allow your private and confidential information be handed to a third party, unless that which is required under Australian migration law. Your personal information will not be sold onto other business unless with your prior consent.
Who or what is MARA?
MARA stands for Migration Agents Registration Authority. It is a peak industry body which ensures the professionalism of practicing Migration Agents. It is mandatory for all Migration Agents to be registered with MARA.
These agents must continually retrain and keep abreast of the latest changes in Australian migration regulations, laws and procedures. Dealing with a registered Migration Agent is your guarantee that you are dealing with highly trained and professional agents.
