I migrated from Pakistan to New Zealand in 1984, and then in 1988 migrated to Australia. Over these years I gained valuable experience in migration law; its complexities, difficulties, delays and frustrations with the immigration department and its procedures. The Migration
Agent Registration Authority (MARA) is a Governing body ensuring
all agents abide by the Code of Conduct set out in the Migration
Agents Regulations 1998.
Migration Law, Regulations and Immigration Departmental
procedures are ever-changing. It is a mandatory
requirement for all registered migration agents to be up-to-date
with current migration law and policies.
